Vincentian Evangelization Spreads God’s Love
A young couple participates in Engaged Encounter, a retreat for those soon-to-wed, and discovers a deeper foundation for their commitment. An immigrant far from home and family feels a sense of belonging in a new land. A parishioner reconnects with his faith through a ministry to the sick and dying. All these people, and thousands more, are touched every year by Vincentian evangelization.
More than 100 Vincentians and friends were reacquainted at a reunion in Chicago in January.
Vincentians and Friends Reunited in Chicago
It was a cold, winter day in Chicago, but the gathering for the friends of the Vincentians warmed the room as they visited and shared memories. On January 27, 2008, 120 Vincentians, former CMs and seminarians, and donors joined together to celebrate the mission of St. Vincent de Paul.
