Perryville

The Congregation of the Mission Midwest Province cordially invites you to join us for the groundbreaking ceremony of the new St. Mary’s of the Barrens Vincentian Residence in Perryville, Missouri on Saturday, April 2, 2005. We are excited to mark this unique occasion with a special opportunity for us all to gather to celebrate the Vincentian heritage and future in Perryville, reminisce with Vincentians, friends and family, and deepen our bonds with all those affiliated with our work.

This celebration will begin on Friday, April 1 with a special gathering for priests and brothers. On Saturday, April 2, we then extend an invitation for all to join us beginning with Mass at 10:30 a.m., followed by the formal groundbreaking ceremony, lunch and sharing that afternoon.

Ninth Street with the Vincentian magazine (which has been out of publication since the early 1960s.) Although the magazine has not been printed in nearly 45 years, the name Vincentian Press stuck for the retail store and it hasn’t been changed because of its strong reputation and public recognition.
