350th Anniversary

In January, the provinces of the Midwest, South and West will merge to form a new Western Province of the Congregation of the Mission in the U.S. Father Perry Henry, CM, will lead the new province as Provincial Superior. Please join us in welcoming Fr. Perry!

Achievements

  • Established the Rebuild Center, a one-stop, multi-service recovery center in New Orleans for the homeless and those displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
  • Coordinated the establishment of a sister province relationship (called the Covenant) between the Vincentian Southern USA Province and the Vincentian Northern India Province,
  • Founded and directed The Learning Clubs of Southwest Arkansas, an after-school program for at-risk youth with centers in four counties in Southern Arkansas.

The Vincentian is published bimonthly by the Western Province of the Congregation of the Mission, the Vincentian Priests and Brothers, to promote the apostolic works of its members and those of the larger Vincentian Family.
