A Journey of Faith and Hope

We invite you to join us on a journey of faith and service. This year, eight volunteers will travel to Kenya to work alongside the Vincentian priests and brothers serving there. The volunteer missioners will help construct and refurbish green houses and assist with agricultural projects at DePaul Seminary. They will also visit Vincentian parishes and work with the kids at St. Vincent’s Nursery School in the Kibera Slum. Their journey of 7,000 miles begins with YOU! Your prayerful support will help fund the mission trip and will have a lasting impact on those we serve.

We invite you to join with friends, family and other supporters of the Vincentian mission to help make this mission trip possible. Your generosity will help cover travel expenses, room and board and transportation costs to and from the mission sites. Your gift also will help provide the supplies necessary to complete the projects.

“Our vocation, then, is not to go to one parish, or even one diocese, but throughout the whole world, and for what end? To inflame the hearts of men, to do what the Son of God did. He came to cast fire on the earth, to inflame it with His love.”

– St. Vincent de Paul

Make your Gift Today

Your support is a powerful witness of your willingness to partner with us in our work to spread the Gospel to the least among us. Your generosity is a gift to the children and families we serve in East Africa. The work of the volunteers will strengthen our presence in the region and have a direct, immediate impact on people in need. Join us on this beautiful journey of faith and hope. Please remember our missioners, and those they will meet in Kenya, in your daily prayers in the coming months. Thank you for your prayerful support!
